o Design and construction of a wind farm: site analysis, sizing of individual components, analysis of energy producibility, economic analysis, connection to the electricity grid (MV/LV cabin), analysis of access roads to the site and system transport methods;
o Authorization procedures: the suitable areas, the DILA, PAS, AU and any exemptions on the procedure; o Incentive mechanisms for wind power plants of the GSE and the Energy Decree (DL 181/2023), access criteria and methods, documentation, etc.;
